Xôi Gia Truyền Bà Thu – A staple for me when I am in Hanoi I crave this sticky rice. It’s so heavy and absolutely delicious. It will make you want to take a nap afterwards too!

Đồ Nhúng Tê Cay – This was a lucky find by Chris and I. Honestly, I didn’t know flavors like this existed in Hanoi, but apparently they do. Spicy, numbing, and full of flavor! If you want something different in Hanoi then I say you need to go and try this place out!

Just a guy from Arkansas chasing his dreams of traveling the world, meeting amazing people, and trying all the delicious food I can find!

I am from a small farm in the states, I am now taking advantage of the opportunities I have to travel the world in search of some of the most delicious foods, unique places, and friendliest people.

A lover of street food, good laughs, and learning about other cultures. I hope to indulge in all these things and more as I bring you along with me on my epic journeys.

  1. Heyyyyyyyyyyyyy everybody!!!! Hope you all enjoyed this video. Unfortunelyt, the next video there will be a little of a delay. I will come back stronger than ever, as I am trying to think of some ideas I can do for something different!

It's not goodbye, I will definitely be back with some delicious food soon!

  2. ẩm thực việt nam phong phú đa dạng khẩu vị dễ ăn ít dầu mỡ lại dễ chế biến rất ok đó các bạn

  3. ❤ enjoy your videos 👍 ! Thanks Max M. 🙏 … Món ăn tinh thần quá ống kính thật tuyệt vời 👍❤️

  4. You guys are a rare breed. Many westerners cannot handle the spices. I love to watch you guys speaking the word Malar Tan correctly. Take care and enjoy the life guys..

  6. JUST found this channel. Having been born in Saigon and immigrated to US ages ago. So my main connection to my Vietnamese heritage is through cooking and eating the cuisine. Which is why I love seeing other Americans enjoy the richness of V-culture! And I almost detect a southern twang from Max.. Hi from NYC-Hamptons 🤩

  7. Great video. The fact that you can also speak with the Vietnamese takes your videos to another level, similar to how Bald could talk to the Russians. You're not just spectating and recording from outside, you're interacting. There's a dish I used to eat in Hanoi called Phở Tíu. I'd say it's the best dish I've ever had from anywhere in the world.

Have you tried it before? I only found 2 places in Hanoi that serve it, one being up the little food alleyway in the Old Quarter.

    Keep up the great work

  8. Ồh kể từ khi tôi còn học ở VN người yêu cũ của tôi ở Thợ Nhuộm 1 anh chàng trẻ trung rất hay cười và yêu tôi. Vì lý do nào đó tôi ko nhớ sao mình lại chia tay và làm tổn thương anh ấy. 1 người khá ấm áp. Món xôi ở đây làm tôi nhớ đến anh ây😂
